In
the ultra-competitive vacation time-share industry, promotional
materials have to reach out and grab prospective customers. This
eye-catching brochure project does just that through a tasteful
combination of quality printing, binding and finishing.
One
of the key design elements of the brochure is the series of thumb
indexes along the face of the book. The press sheets were die-cut
and folded as 12-pagers to achieve this appearance. A four-page
front cover and a pocket on the back cover allowed for additional
material to be included in each brochure.
There
were two types of binding selected for this project: Wire-O and
plastic spiral binding. The plastic spiral versions were designed
for use by sales agencies, and were laminated to provide extra
durability.

This
project required careful coordination before, during and after
production. The combined run of 85,000 brochures was drop-shipped
to dozens of locations, each of which had specific quantity requirements.
